I'm a huge fan of this. I'm in IT and I store several documents that I use for my job in my private chat with myself. It would be a HUGE quality of life change to be able to stickie it to the top of my private chat list.

I wish. I can't seem to find anything relating to this in the preferences or anywhere else. 

What's the status on this? I can't seem to find any way to turn the bounce off for my team aside from DND, which is frustrating since it bounces something like 30 or 40 times.....
