Change email notification to only certain events

There is a way to do this at the room/forum level, but its a bit out of the way. You have to go to the room list, then over to the menu, then notifications for EACH room.

This is actually called "Tab Quick Switcher" in the Global hotkeys. Maybe name it something else?
