Screen Share Size

ebarbosa 5 years ago updated by Влад Тихомиров 5 years ago 1

When sharing the screen the are available to show the screen / window are is small.

if the pane where the organization, foruns, teams and people could be open and closed (like the side bar on the right) would give more visible area.

A full screen option on the shared content could also work.

Please update your tutorial videos

Kami 5 years ago 0

Over half of the videos have functions and features that are no longer on Ryver, at least not for my organization. It makes me feel like we're missing something. Is it just me or are those functions and features actually gone?

EX: We don't have buttons below any comments, rather two buttons and expanding options on top of a comment. We cannot upvote or downvote and there is no option to share a link.

Sort Topics

Would love the ability to sort Topics whether it be a drag and drop to allow the important ones to be at the top or at a minimum to have them alphabetized.

Ryver organization on Ryver used as an admin walkthrough

Kami 6 years ago 0

As an admin of a new organization, it's difficult to know if I'm using the functions as they're intended. My suggestion: Ryver should set up an organization to act as an online demo/walkthrough for admins that are new to the game. Ryver can have it set up with examples of forums, topics within forums, etc. This would let the admin users see first hand how Ryver intends its functions to be used.

Not saying that the tutorial videos and email help isn't great, but it's still difficult to see/understand what would be best for our own organization.

Slow loading time when opening app

Using Ryver on Android device and unlike other messaging app where once you open you see messages instantly, overall Ryver app takes awhile to load, same as when you are scrolling up for messages.

Delivered/seen label in chat to shown if a message has been read y the recipient

Saeid 6 years ago 0

We have been using the Ryver in our group for a while. It has a good chat capability, in fact, we use it as our main chat app in the group, but we face a problem because we cannot say if a message has been seen/read by the recipient or not. It would be great if we can have an icon indicating the condition of a message like what we see in common chat apps such as Whatsapp.

Upload multiple photos/files at once

With one drag and drop of multiple files on Desktop app. Would make transferring files on Ryver significantly easier.

Allow schedules task

For example, Trello has butler extension. Butler creates automated task in dash board. This feature is really helpful as it helps in creating redundant tasks like daily, weekly scrums and weekly reviews.

Integration with grammarly

Eduardo Garcia 6 years ago updated by joeboon 4 years ago 1

It would be nice to see see the capability to integrate with grammarly. Some times users might find it useful to just copy paste the shared text on Ryver. How about ensuring it is correctly spelled and checked.

Team Tasks Assigned to Me also show in my personal tasks

Andrew Garrett 6 years ago updated by Vic 5 years ago 1

If I am in multiple teams, and have tasks assigned to me, I need a way to track and manage those in the scope of my whole job?   Currently the task stream will show me anything assigned, but it would be useful to be able to have the ability to manage those within my "Personal Tasks" workflow, without having to copy/move from the team tasks lists.
